Vendor Information for the 2017 Rockwall Rubber Duck Regatta- Vendor booth fees may only be paid online. There are THREE different options this year.

$200 Food Vendors,

$100 Non-Food Vendors (Pink Spaces)

$50 Non-Food Vendors (White Spaces)

Only the PINK spaces will have the option for power.  If you want power, it must be purchased for an additional $25.

New This Year! You may pick your vendor spot. Please give us 2-3 options included with your product information. If you fail to select a booth number one will be assigned to you.  There are two map to check! Be sure to pick booth numbers that match the color spot you have selected.

Your booth size must fit within your selected option, if you have an odd size please email us for more info. Trailers must fit within the size selected unless other arrangements have been made with us. 

If you are selling a "trademarked" product and need to be exclusive, please confirm that your product line is not already being sold at our event.  Email us at vendors@rockwallduckrace.org .  (For example, Scentsy, Jamberry Nails, Plexus, Thirty-One, etc.)

Food Vendors: We will make an effort to limit the type of major food groups offered. Please confirm with us before purchasing a booth to sell food.  

General product types will not be limited, such as women's clothing, jewelry, art, etc.

INFORMATION, RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL VENDORS

WHAT: The Rockwall Rubber Duck Regatta is a fundraiser held in Rockwall, Texas for Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County and Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Texas.

WHEN: This FREE event will be open to the public on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm. 

WHERE: The 2017 Rockwall Rubber Duck Regatta will be held at the Harbor in Rockwall, Texas.

SPACE ALLOCATION: Due to space constraints, vendors must fit within the booth area requested. Awnings, signage, merchandise tables, cooking equipment, etc. must be within the footprint of the total booth area.

Standard booth size is 10 x 10.  

WEATHER: Rockwall Rubber Duck Regatta is an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine.   

ELECTRICITY: Electricity will be available for a fee.  Must provide your own extension cords.

WATER: Is available.  You will need to bring your own method for transporting the water for the source.  A gray water holding tank will be available.  You are responsible for transporting gray water from your booth to the holding tank.

SECURITY: Official event security will be provided during the event and overnight.  However, Rockwall Rubber Duck Regatta is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

FOOD PERMIT: All food vendors shall secure their own temporary food permit from the City of Rockwall prior to the event. 

TEAR DOWN:  You must be out of event location by 12:00 am (midnight), Saturday, September 16th.  

MOVE IN: Vendor vehicles will be allowed to unload at their booth space from their vehicles prior to 9:00 am on the day of the event.   No vehicles will be allowed in the park area on Saturday after 9:00 am. Time for unloading is subject to change and vendors will be notified by email of any changes.

FINE PRINT:  This is not a binding contract until approved by Rockwall Rubber Duck Regatta.  You will be notified of acceptance at the contact information that you have provided above.  A purchase of vendor space and its acceptance constitutes a contract to use the space assigned.  Rockwall Rubber Duck Regatta retains the privilege to change locations for unavoidable reasons. Each vendor acknowledges his/her agreement to all the rules set forth by Rockwall Rubber Duck Regatta.  

No refunds due to inclement weather or once fulfillment has been completed will be made.
