To keep the race as fair as possible, duck numbers are not assigned or shared until right before the race. You will receive an email from info@rockwallduckrace.org with your duck numbers on the day of the race after duck sales are closed.

How the race works:

Each duck adoption is assigned a random number, and each rubber ducky in the race has a corresponding number. When the ducks cross the finish line into the tube, the first duck is pulled, and the number on the bottom of that duck is the winner! (Note: Duck adopters will not actually receive a duck, and no ducks are harmed in the creation of this quacky event!) You do not need to be present to win. All winners will be announced on the website and on social media. Check out highlights from our 2023 event below!
